Fletch
An arrow-release maze puzzle: fire each arrow off the board along a clear lane, in the right order, until the board is empty.
A board packed edge to edge with winding arrows. Tap an arrow and it slides off the board in the direction it points, but only if nothing is in its way. Work out the order that clears every arrow.
- Always solvable: every board is generated in the browser along with a firing order that clears it, so there is always a way through.
- Five kinds of cell: squares, hexagons, triangles, octagons and Cairo pentagons, each with its own look and a similar challenge.
- Shapes and looks: some boards fill a silhouette such as a circle or a crescent, and half draw every turn as a rounded bend.
- Adjustable density: a slider, with − and + for small steps, sets how many arrows the board holds, from a few large ones to a dense maze, sized to fit your screen in either orientation.
- See an arrow's path: hold an arrow to draw its path to the edge, with every arrow in the way crossing the line.
- Puzzle of the day: the same board for everyone each day, with a streak, and a result to share that never gives the board away.
- Three hearts: a tap on a blocked arrow costs a heart, and that arrow fires by itself once its path clears. Lose all three and restart the same board or start a new one.
- Moves counter: the header shows how many arrows can be fired right now out of those left, without showing which ones.
- Eleven colour themes: light and dark palettes, each colouring every arrow along its path.
- Pinch to zoom and pan on larger boards.
- Help built in: the ? beside the title explains the rules and controls.
- Installable and offline: add it to your home screen and it plays without a connection, and it tells you when an update is ready.
